Corporate social responsibility

At TDA, we are committed to conducting our business in a socially responsible and ethical manner. We recognize the impact that our actions have on the environment, our employees, our clients, and the communities in which we operate. Therefore, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices wherever possible.

Through the process of both anti-bribery and anti-slavery policies, we ensure that our business practices are transparent, fair, and ethical. We do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, or modern slavery in our operations or supply chains.

We also prioritize the sourcing of sustainable materials and encourage designs that promote reuse and recycling. We are constantly seeking ways to reduce waste, minimize energy consumption, and promote environmentally friendly practices in our projects.

In line with our membership to the UK Green Building Council, and the UNFCC-backed ‘Race to Zero’, we have pledged to:

  • Capture and report our scope 1&2 emissions by the end of 2023.

  • Commit to reducing our 2022 baseline greenhouse gas emissions by 50% and to reach net zero by 2050.

  • Capture, report and act upon our scope 3 emissions by the end of 2024.

Our commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees ensures that they are treated with dignity and respect. We actively promote diversity and inclusion in our workforce and work to ensure that our employees are provided with opportunities for professional development and growth.

We believe that our business has a responsibility to contribute to the well-being of the communities in which we operate. Therefore, we support local charitable organizations and volunteer our time and resources to help make a positive impact.

As an organisation, we are dedicated to upholding these values and strive to continually improve our social and environmental performance.
